Deputy Governor Asks Town Boards To Use Funds Allocated In Addressing Towns Short Term Challenges.

Deputy governor, Hon. Titus Ntuchiu, has called upon the town boards to ensure they use the money allocated to them to solve challenges towns are facing, citing littering and blocked sewers as some of the things they can quickly sort out without having to wait for the executive to respond to the same.
The Assembly representative present asked that the town boards to do public participation events to sensitize the public on what plans they have for their towns, as the committee for lands shall soon be doing a research to find out if the public is well informed on board and with the plans going forth.
Further, they were asked to ensure that the town's infrastructure was well done and to ensure their towns grow to places of both trade and residence as Meru is well on it's way to having a 60% migration to urban centers.
