Deputy Governor Hon Titus Ntunchiu has said that Kiguchwa market in Tigania East Sub County will be among the markets to improved to cabro standards this financial year.

DG noted that the County Government will continue with it's Development plans across the County saying that this financial year Several markets across the County will be improved to cabro standards, several roads constructed, and more boreholes drilled among others projects.

On his part, first lady Madam prisilla Murungi urged meru residents to continue supporting Governor Kiraitu's administration noting that for the last two years his development records are visible on the ground.

She pointed out that she will continue to champion for the women empowerment across the County through Twaweza program where she is the patron.

They were speaking at MCK Ametho Church in Kiguchwa ward, Tigania East Sub County, during the burial of late mzee Stanley Kirita, the father to Karimi Mburuno a renown Musician and an Educationist.
