CECM Health Meshack Mutuma officiated the Annual Development plan(ADP) meeting for the department with various heads and various development patners undertaking several programs in order to streamline operations in the department and avoid duplication of roles.The annual stakeholders meeting is meant to plan for this financial years programs to ensure coordinated and smooth operations in the department.

Mr Mutuma thanked various patners in the department citing that the revenue allocation to the department was not adequate enough hence the need for various donors to support various programs in the department.

" The aim of the county is to create affordable and accessible healthcare for all and we are here to streamline operations and create a smooth working environment for the benefit of the people" Mr Mutuma said.

The department will focus significantly on preventive health care especially due to the high cancer burden in the county.
