Governor Kiraitu held a meeting with the representatives of I Choose Life-Africa ( ICL), a leading Non-Governmental Organization which seeks to empower youth a cross Africa.

The meeting centered on how to empower youth on areas talent search, education, linkages to employment opportunities, economics, sports, leadership and governance.

This is in line with his promise to empower youth across the County.
