As per the records, Sh 65 million has been spent while the project is lebelled 85% complete, yet no single member has neither water nor pipeline installed. This, they asked relevant government agencies to help investigate the said company for corrupt deals.
The contractor is said to have lost contacts with the group, compromised the quality of supplies and done substandard work in that the design of the project, the routes and pipe-classes for both main and lateral pipelines were changed from class D and ¾ inch, to low quality class B and ¾ inch respectively.
