County leadership led by CEC Roads and Public works Mr Julius Taitumu and Chief of Staff , Mr Gideon Kimathi condoled with the victims of Bandits attack at Kamweline, Igembe North Subcounty.

Mr Taitumu said he was Keen to transform the infrastructure in the area especially the access routes in order to ensure response in times of such emergencies

In the message to the residents , Mr Kimathi said the governor was cooperating with the national government to ensure a lasting solution to security issues in the region.

Mr Kimathi who was sent by the governor said the county government will cover the cost of the of the child who survived the attack and was at Meru Teaching and referral Hospital.
