The Governor of Meru, H.E. Hon. Rev. Mutuma M'Ethingia, visited Amwathi Ward in Mutuati Sub County, accompanied by the area Member of County Assembly, Hon. Henry Thuranira, where he commissioned a fully equipped community borehole at Nkamathi Primary School.

This initiative directly addresses the longstanding water challenges in the area, significantly easing water scarcity for both the surrounding community and the school.
