Meru Governor, H.E. Hon. Rev. Mutuma M’Ethingia, accompanied by Deputy Governor Nominee Linda Kiome, Chief of Staff Dr. Julius Mbijiwe, CECMs, and Members of the County Assembly, delivered vital laboratory equipment to Kitheo Dispensary in Akithi Ward-a facility serving the community since 1999. Plans are underway to upgrade the facility with a fully equipped maternity wing. The Governor also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to protecting land and heritage through clear policies, improving market access for macadamia farmers, and addressing critical road and bridge needs in the ward.
