Youth Affairs, Gender, Sports, and Social Development CECM Hon. Elias Murega hosted SHOFCO Program Director Angela Ng’etich and her team in a follow-up meeting to advance plans for a partnership with the County Government of Meru to build safe shelters for young victims of early pregnancies. This initiative follows an earlier courtesy call to Governor H.E. Rev. Mutuma M’Ethingia, with an MoU set to be signed soon. The SHOFCO team also visited Nyambene Sub-County Hospital and a proposed shelter site. The County Government remains committed to supporting programs that uplift the lives of Meru residents.
