The Governor of Meru County H.E. Rev. Mutuma MEthingia, had the honor of joining fellow Governors, Deputy Governors, and County Health Officers at State House, where they received disease surveillance vehicles from the President of the republic of Kenya H.E. Dr. William Ruto.

These vehicles represent a significant milestone in strengthening disease surveillance and ensuring timely response interventions across all 47 counties. They are expected to enhance public health preparedness and improve the overall delivery of health services.

Governor MEthingia expressed his heartfelt appreciation to H.E. the President for this impactful initiative which reinforces ongoing collective efforts to safeguard the health and wellbeing of Kenyan communities.
