Today, The Meru County Security Team, led by Commissioner Jacob Ouma, Paid a courtesy call to H.E Rev. Governor Mutuma M'Ethingia.The discussions focused on security challenges such as cattle rustling, human-wildlife conflicts, and the vetting of 27 Meru County Rangers for deployment in the Northern Grazing Zone (Ndumuru). The discussions focused on environmental conservation, particularly tree planting on the countys 39 gazetted hills. The Governor acknowledged the team's efforts and stressed the need for ongoing collaboration to ensure both community safety and sustainability.
