   The Governor pledges to end unnecessary legal disputes, especially against the County Public Service Board.

   Rangers serving in bandit-prone areas will be redeployed, with a focus on providing them with functional patrol vehicles to enhance their operations.

5. Revival of the Meru Youth Service
   Plans to bring back the Meru Youth Service, empowering the county's youth and fostering skill development.

   Advocacy for national health insurance to cover the elderly and vulnerable populations in Meru County.

7. Support for Local Contractors
   County tenders will be ring-fenced to promote local contractors and stimulate local economic growth.

8. Timely Salary Payments
   A commitment to ensuring timely payment of staff salaries and the remittance of all statutory deductions.

9. Promotion of Cottage Industries
   The administration will support the growth of local cottage industries, enhancing value chains and creating employment opportunities.

10. Sustaining Miraa Markets
    Continued collaboration with the national government to maintain and expand miraa markets, opening up new opportunities.

11. Inclusive Governance
    A shift towards an inclusive, consultative, and open-door policy, ending the politics of division and embracing teamwork for the betterment of all.

12. Renewed Cancer-Fighting Initiatives
    The Governor will focus on revitalizing cancer-fighting initiatives, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art cancer center and the revival of the Mt Kenya Mountain Run event.
