This afternoon H.E Governor Bishop Kawira Mwangaza held an insightful meeting with AfyaRekod, an organisation on a mission to ensure mobility of health data. They have a platform, MyRekod, which is patient-centered and AI powered.

MyRekod allows you to store and access your health records and those of your dependants and share them with your healthcare provider, allowing them to stay up-to-date with your symptoms or progress, and even book appointments of specialists listed in the platform's marketplace.

Governor's administration will work on the modalities to have MyRekod platform introduced in our health system. Her Excellency looks forward to a fruitful partnership that will empower the people of Meru to be custodians of their health data.
