‎She currently serves as the CEO at Charles Kariuki & Kiome Associates Advocates.
‎Since her first year in practice, she has actively engaged with the Law Society of Kenya, serving in various leadership capacities up to the presidency of the esteemed professional body. She previously held the positions of Chairperson of the LSK Mt. Kenya Branch and Chairperson of the Branch Chairs Caucus before ascending to national leadership.

‎In 2023, she was appointed by the President to serve the country in the IEBC Tribunal (Muchelule Tribunal), which recommended the removal of former IEBC commissioners. She was later appointed as the Legal Advisor to the third Governor of Meru County and subsequently as a member of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) National Elections Board. She continues to serve the Law Society of Kenya as an Up-Country Representative and chairs several key committees, including the Audit and Risk Committee, the Practice Standards and Ethics Committee, and the Child Law Committee. She also serves as a member of the Devolution Committee. She has also served on the Council of the Meru National Polytechnic and the Board of the Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital.
