Governor Isaac Mutuma has concluded a Cabinet retreat in Mombasa focused on speeding up project delivery, improving budget absorption, and ensuring policies are implemented across Meru County.
The Cabinet reviewed ongoing projects, financial performance, and new laws, with firm instructions to turn approved plans into visible results in all 45 wards. Key decisions included a clear implementation plan for the Meru County Miraa Promotion Act, fast-tracking flagship projects in all departments and final preparations for the Meru County Aggregation and Industrial Park (CAIP) set to open in March 2026.
The Governor stressed strategic planning and execution, confirming that the administration has fully shifted from planning to delivery to achieve real impact for residents.
